To whom it may concern:
I have had a terrible experience at best with your company. I was promised so may things. None of which happened,EXCEPT the PAYMENT always collected on time. You can read the emails below and I will spell out a time line for you that I plan to pass on.
I contacted Wise auto shipping on Tuesday and the again on Wed. I was promised, verbally PROMISED that the car would be picked up no later then Friday Oct.30. I asked 3 times was he sure since 2 other shipping companies had already said same thing to me and not followed through. I was assured it would happen. I was told my truck would be to my house no later then Nov. 6. The next notice I received after a few calls was an email that Jerry's trucking was assigned the truck and pick up would be Nov 3, FIRST MISTAKE. The truck was not even picked up till Nov. 7 after saying it would be picked up for 3 days that day, SECOND MISTAKE. I was told by you it would be delivered by email by Nov. 9, THIRD MISTAKE, then Nov. 10 or 11 am for sure, FOURTH MISTAKE, on Nov 11, I received a call asking how was the truck from your company...it still was not here, she said she would find out and call right back, she at least did what she said and called back. FIFTH
MISTAKE, I was told it would be here Weds. evening or Thurs. am no calls from anyone, SIXTH MISTAKE, then received a call saying it would be here Fri. pm or Sat am, no show, no call, SEVENTH MISTAKE, I called trucker since your office is closed on Sat. He said no later then 3:30 to 4:30, EIGHTH MISTAKE. It finally showed up on a two wheel hauler behind a truck because his truck broke down AT 7:00 PM Saturday NOV. 14. This is unbelievable lack of service and communication. I can document all things stated and am looking. Pick dates were false, how the vehicle was delivered was false, delivery date was false. Basically everything about your service was just poor at best.
Then to top it off, Wise Auto said they would give me a partial refund and send it to me. I called and they said it was in the mail. I emailed back 3 weeks ago and never heard back from them. So, I guess the ole check is in the mail trick is used by this company.
