Heidi was great at staying in contact. The quote she gave was a little low. I had to pay the driver an extra $90.00 in order to get the car picked up a little sooner. It was no big deal because the original quote was lower than any other carrier that I had talked to. It seems the drivers can pick and choose the pick ups they want. In other words get the cars that are paying the most. Even after having to pay extra, Wise was still the best price. Heidi was great at explaining all this to me. In all we were very satisfied with Wise and would use them again.
