Very good customer service. Pick-up and delivery were both fast and convenient. However, the cash-only transaction method was inconvenient. First off, getting $500, which was the amount I had to pay upon delivery, from an ATM at the same time was a hassle since my cash-withdrawal limit was below that. Second, I didn't feel safe at all carrying the money and handing it the delivery guy since I had no idea who he was. Beside that, my car arrived safely.
