WE DO NOT KNOW WHO THIS CUSTOMER IS!! In response to a client who books a vehicle during Christmas is always informed that 90% of the trucks stop running 1 week prior to Christmas and will start again the 1st week after the new year. We like everyone else want to be with our families during the holiday season. According to the person who left this review to have a vehicle 12 days is to long to get your vehicle picked up. If they were to read there original quote it says standard pickup times is 1-10 day, that is why we inform all customers during the holiday season it can take an additional 7 days. WolfePack Transport prides themselves on the customer relations and always goes the extra step for our clients. WolfePack Transport does not charge a client unless there is a truck in-route to pick up there vehicle. That way all our clients can feel comfortable with our service. We wish who ever this person is who left a negative review evaluate themselves and realize leaving false and misleading reviews about a company is wrong. We at WolfePack Transport never say we are perfect, but we always strive to be.
