I think these guys are scam artists, they take a deposit and then cannot be reached and do not pick up your vehicle. Left us high and dry and scrambling for another company as we are doing a cross country military move. Said they had to fire a driver and they would refund us but of course we never got our deposit back. I'm not sure they are a legit shipping company, they still have our money and never came for the vehicle. We called them probably 50 times and no one answered. Horrible people.
