This family-run transport is literally the best business on the planet! I am so elated at how they bent over backwards. I received a low-ball transport offer from another unethical broker that subsequently cancelled, doubled the price, and left me hanging 3 weeks in. Miah stepped in with super fast response time from the beginning and showed me the industry does have honest people. She openly showed me the other broker's bait and switch offers on her network to protect me, honored her initial quote and tracked a driver down same day, found another solution between open and enclosed (a soft cover carrier), and even answered the phone at midnight on a Friday while with family.
