Everything was perfect just minor delays or miscommunication from the driver. The car was dealyed by 2 days but i was informed periodically. The car pickup was supposed to be changed because of mechanical issue but the driver suddenly arrived for pickup. But John was very informative and always attended my calls promptly and addressed all my concerns. The driver was also on time based on the communication i had with him. There were some delays but its such a long drive i would expect that to be there. It was minimal and they provided excellent service. I am planning on shipping my second vehicle also through them
