When I got offered a job in Arizona, I knew that I had to find a reliable company to ship my car from Illinois to Arizona ASAP. Due to it being close to Christmas, I figured I would have to find a company to book weeks in advance to make sure my car is delivered by the time I move in to my new place.
I went with another company and was told that they would find me a driver ASAP and would have my car delivered to my new apartment by a certain date as long as I have my car available by a certain date. DAYS after my scheduled pick up date, there was no sign of anyone to pick up my car. I was feeling very frustrated and at a loss- until I found Worldwide Shipping.
I sent in a quote and also emailed this company very late at night (almost midnight) and within minutes, I received an email from a lovely individual named Miah Park. They were able to go over my situation with me and tell me that they would do everything that they can to ensure my car is delivered when I need it to be. The next morning, I received a text from Miah and a few texts later, my shipment was booked and would be picked up within the next day! The rest of my experience was wonderful and smooth sailing from there.
I cannot thank Miah enough for being so understanding, attentive and transparent with me. I will forever recommend this company!
