When I planned to ship my cars I knew it would be a challenge given my location not being on a major shipping route. However, Luke was very considerate and professional from the very beginning in explaining associated technicals and cost in the way I can understand them. At the end, he made sure that my cars get picked-up and get it in time. It is always great to get the service you desire with the money you pay. However in this case, I believe I've got more than I paid for. I'm very satisfied with the service I got and the way Luke has treated every conversation we had.
