As everyone knows moving is stressful. Moving from one end of the country to the other is even more stressful. We began our process putting in for a bid online and got bombarded with calls and emails. I received a call from a company who promised a price and quick delivery. They never called me back or provided me with a written contract confirming what we spoke about via the telephone. As it got closer to our move I began to panic as our car shipment wasn’t taken care of. I contacted Worldwide Shipping, and spoke Rachel Mitchell we was nothing short of amazing! She walked me through every step. She was calming to me during a very stressful time. When the other company began to harass us via telephone and email, Rachel was apologetic for what we were going through and walked us through our rights so we could understand how to deal with the other company. She followes through via email or phone to ensure all of our needs were being met. Everything Rachel promised was delivered, and the entire process was NOT stressful because of her. If you’re in a jam and need quick and efficient auto transport services, I hope everyone is as lucky as we were to work with Rachel! We cannot thank her enough. She’s amazing!!!
