Initially got quote of 475, door to door. Being able to talk to someone is such a headache. After about 2 weeks of calling, being told to call back in a few days for dispatching information, i finally found out today that they said itd cost an extra $500. Why they waited 2+ weeks to inform me this, i dont know. The customer service rep had no idea about anything, and was apparently a supervisior.Cancelled order. Dont bother with them, plenty of other companies who are more customer service friendly, and gave the exact, verified price up front.

There was a problem with the zip codes that were entered in the system. Once the correct zip code was determined the car was not around detroit it was at the very tip of upper Marquette, Michigan. We informed the customer that it would cost a significant amount more to make the transport happen. Quotes are based on mileage and availability. We are sorry for the hassle.
