This was a very smooth transaction. The car was in California, in storage, with nobody there that we knew who could oversee the pickup. The storage company was of course helpful, but we had to rely on Worry Free Transport to cooperate with the storage company, pick up the car on time (especially since we were paying the storage company by the day), and get the car to Massachusetts within a reasonable period of time. To be safe, I suppose, Worry Fee Transport told us that it could be about 10 business days before they could pick up the car, but the actual pick up was in about 2 or 3 days. The car arrived here promptly (about 5 days for a cross-country trip) and in good order. The drivers were courteous, and let us know ahead of time when they would be arriving. Diane (the owner at Worry Free Transport) was readily available by phone and e-mail, and responded promptly to any request we made for information (which we did on several occasions). All in all, it was definitely a "worry free" transport.
