This was my first time to ever have a car moved. I scheduled my pickup about 2 weeks before the date it was available to be picked up. The people at Worry Free were friendly and helpful to me. Any confusion I had due to being uninformed they helped me with.
I was very pleased with the company they connected me with. (Worry Free doesn't move the car themselves because they are a broker) The lady that did the office work for the actual mover was very nice and kept in touch with me. They had an overnight delay in delivering the car but it wasn't a problem because they let me know. When the man delivered my car, it had gotten dirty (which would be expected cause it was transported on an open carrier), and he gave me a small rebate for it. I thought that was very nice of him.
Basically, to sum it all up they were really great people to work with and I would use them again if I need to move a car in the future. They did things the same as they said they would and transported my car for a price well under the quotes I got from other companies.
