We apologize that Mr. Wahlquist feels even the least bit slighted on transport. After several weeks of trying to schedule his shipment with a transporter (longer than 10 business days), Mr. Wahlquist chose to cancel his order. Because of his wait period, and because we could not assign a transporter, he was entitled to a refund of his deposit.
Shortly after this order was cancelled, our small office staff took a bit of a hit - the individual in charge of covering refunds was out of the office for an extended period due to illness, therefore this refund and one or two others "fell through the cracks" so to speak. As soon we possibly could, we refunded Mr. Wahlquist's $100 deposit.
Important note: The DEPOSIT we quote is, and always will be $100. The deposit amount is all that is guaranteed to be refunded. Since all taxes and insurance are included in the quote, the only additional fee is the $5 processing fee (read 'terms & conditions' @ www.worryfreetransport.com). This additional fee is NOT part of the deposit, and therefore not subject to refund. We apologize to Mr. Wahlquist that this point was not clear.
