I booked with Worry Free Jan 28, 2009. They were the best. They gave me an excellent quote. Lacey knows what she is doing. Within 2 days I believe, they booked me a carrier....The carrier is horrible...No communication with me..I had to call Worry Free constantly, whom solved my problems and got the carrier to call me because no matter how many voicemails i left the carrier would not call me back unless Worry Free got on them about it, which lets me know that Worry Free is on their jobs. On top of all that the carrier had a heavy accent that I could not understand and they had the nerve to get irritated with me cause I could not understand anything they were saying...it sounded like they had just stepped out of their country!!! However, Worry Free were great and they took care of me as much as they could even though i believe that once the carrier is booked its kind of out of their hands...but they communicated with the carrier for me because I was fed up because of the lack of communication...The carrier continued to give me the run around...even telling me that they would not deliver my car even though it was in Seattle, only 30 minutes away..Worry Free again came to the rescue and talked to them and the carrier finally called me back...I had been patient with them so it was time for me to step outside of my element and let it be known i need my car...So I said to the carrier, if u do not have my car here Wednesday, at 10:00am, not 9:59 or 10:01, you will not get paid, and I WILL get my vehicle, if i have to call my husband and his millitary buddies to snatch my car from that truck, i will!!! Didnt want it to get to that point but i had to get firm with them..I guess not getting paid scared them cause they is sending a driver to deliver my car...Worry Free is an awesome compant and I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again, cause i know they will take care of me..Thanks WORRY FREE!!!
