We offer all customers the industry standard average pick up time frame of 1-10 business days. The customer was informed of this information before booking their order. Like virtually all brokers, we cannot guarantee specific pick up dates but will try to work as closely as possible to the customers schedule.
Again, we return all voice messages and emails ASAP; I can find no record of a message to check status of this order. ALL CUSTOMERS please feel free to contact us any time for an update - if your car has been loaded up, we can contact the carrier for you to check status.
We are sorry the driver demanded more money on delivery - this was done without our knowledge, and we STRONGLY DISAGREE with the actions of the driver in that matter. The driver / carrier company signed a rate agreement stating they would take $345 COD on delivery from the customer. The other $100 is our brokers fee (according to the price listed here that matches the quote number given).
Should a driver ever request a higher rate on delivery, we ask that customers contact us IMMEDIATELY.
