This is the first time I had a car transport from California to Boston. I just choose Worry Free Transport base on good ratings they had. I was hesitant at first to take them because they provided the lowest qoute but Im glad I took the risk and I was satisfied the way they trasnport my car. The only thing I would wish to improve in their service is to keep their customer updated either my email or phone call regarding the status of the pickup. I have to call them 3 times just to get an update regarding the pick up of my car. The driver who delivered my car whose name is Kim provided a good service. He even wipe the window of my car because of dust during transport. Its only a small gesture but I appreciate it very well. I notice his job is a hard one and I hope he is well compensated because these type of people make a big difference from other company. If I will need their service again I will use worry Free transport. I was not particular about pick up dates because Im not in a hurry to transport my car from California to Boston.
