We aplogize that Ker's car was not transported in a more timely manner, and appreciate the honesty of the review. Since we were not able to move the car and 10 business days had passed, the client cancelled. According to our terms and conditions, Ker is entitled to a refund of the deposit paid. We essentially worked to try and find a carrier to transport this car for over two weeks at no charge.
We would like our future clients and visitors of this site to note that this transport was going from upstate New York to Green Bay, Wis., in the dead of winter. According to futher research during our process of finding a carrier and after Ker's cancellation, many carriers that normally run along this route opt for a more southern route at this time of year - not to mention that the transport industry has been taking a dire hit because of many economic factors. We hope to avoid having customers wait so long for transport on this route in the future if possible.
