Glad that we found transportreviews.com before selecting a vendor since it helped quite a bit to narrow down the huge field of prospective shippers. Then, since we had a lot of questions, we based our decision both on prior ratings and each firm's responsiveness (or lack of same). We settled on Worry Free... and our move was just that - worry free. We received a number of calls from the delivering carrier, Butler Auto, providing updates as his scheduled arrival time jumped around a bit (weather and traffic), so we were not left in the dark. As to the comment on the car being dirty, that was strictly road grime, so no big deal. Frankly, I would not hesitate to recommend WF, nor would we be at all reluctant to engage their services again. Very comforting to have almost all our questions answered by a very empathetic crew (especially Jessica M) and very relieved to see that they and their contract hauler delivered as promised. Good folks. Good price. Good service. Good results. Goodbye...
