Worry Free's quote was one of the lower ones I received, and I picked them for the move based on the price and high percentage of excellent reviews they had received from previous shippers. The original Friday pick-up date could not be met due to a severe ice and snow storm which was beyond anyone's control. I received a call from the trucker on Sunday night that they would pick up about mid-day Monday. They did not come nor call, and a call to Worry Free Tuesday morning indicated that I would be receiving a call "shortly" from the trucker. Long story short, the trucker came about 11:00 PM Tuesday night. No-show on Monday was due to trucker's wife falling on ice and requiring a day of bed rest. The trucker and his wife were extremely nice and got my vehicle to California in three days with no damage. I just would have liked to have been better kept in the loop during the delay by either the trucker or Worry Free. That said, I would use either one again.
