We do our best to pay attention to customer and peer reviews of the communication skills of carrier companies & drivers in this industry, as it is an integral part of a successful shipment. We sincerely apologize that the driver did not take the courtesy to call 12-24 hours in advance of pick up, which might have remedied the slight issue at pick up. Otherwise, we wish to inform all our customers that when we provide the courtesy call when your vehicle is assigned to a carrier that all dates given are in approximation (usually 1-2 day window at either end).
Should any current or future customers have further questions, please do not hesitate to ask!
