Worry Free did get my car transported. It was late due to weather issues, not Worry Free's fault. I just happened to pick a bad time to get the car transported. Kansas got hit with a foot and a half of snow during the normal ten day average. Diane would have refunded my money, but, like I said due to weather I gave her more time. She pulled through. Hard to get ahold of on phone, but, VERY prompt with e-mail. That was ok with me, I prefer e-mail anyway. I also understand that they are dealing with both Customers and Carriers. Overall, I would use again and would recommend. Seen other reviews, all I have to say is use common sense. If it's snowing, trucks do get slow or avoid that area until it clears.
