It was my first time shipping a car so I was really worried about finding a safe, reliable company. Xpress was always patient with me when I called them multiple times to ask questions/make requests. They sent and delivered my car on time. They even delivered it to my door, even though I was supposed to meet them at a different site that had enough room for their truck. Car came dirty, but undamaged. What a big relief!
