I have been shipping my car twice a year for the last 7 years & have never once been treated like these two guys treated me. I was set up with this company by a broker (Who was great) other then setting me up with these guys. Anyway Mike their driver picked up my car on Saturday & got it to California to the yard by Wednesday, where it sat for 4 days. I called the dispatch on Thursday he told me it would probably be delivered on that coming Saturday, so I decided to wait. When I didn’t get a call Friday night letting me know what time Saturday the car would be delivered, I called them first thing Saturday morning. The dispatcher told me oh well it would be Monday & that they don't really have a schedule of when they deliver the cars. After hearing that B.S. I asked for the address so I could go pick the car up myself, in which he said he would text me. I waited for about an hour and no text came, so I called back. (I am still waiting for that text by the way). I finally got the address, and proceed to make the hour ride down to Gardena. When I got there, the building was all locked up and they were closed. So I called the guy back, he stated that they had left for the day (They close at 2 he tells me, but never mentioned on the phone, I forgot to ask so half my fault), but that he would be there in 15 minutes. Well 45 minutes later the office manager & the dispatcher show up. They proceed to tell me that they had no idea I was coming to pick up the car. I asked well how is it that my car has been here for 4 days and has not been on a truck to be delivered? They told me because they have no local drivers, so they don’t have a schedule. So I asked why did he tell me that it would most likely be delivered today on Thursday if he knew it was going to be Monday and even that was not a guarantee. He then tried to tell me he never said Saturday. By that I had had enough & told them to just give me my damn keys. They asked for the full amount of 950, I told then I think I should be given a discount, because I had to drive down there to pick the car up and they did not fulfill the contract. The office manager said no, so then we all three proceed to get in an argument. I finally had enough, told them to give me the keys; I paid them and then left. I would not recommend using these guys. They tell you one thing to shut up: then when that said time comes along, they try to say they never said such a thing. Add that with the shouting at a customer in the office, to me is not good business. I was always taught that, as a business owner you do what needs to be done to keep your customers happy. I feel they had ample time to get the car to me before I had to drive down there to get it. In all the years that I have shipped my car, this is the only company that I know of that does not deliver the car on the same truck that it was pick up on. They tried to tell me no company does that, when I know for a fact that is not true because, every time until now it has arrived on the same truck that it was picked up on. I will never be using this company & I recommend that nobody else does either.
