Had car shipped from California to South Carolina. Not only were they rude to my father, who was responsible for picking up the car, they had to drop it off at night. Well here is why:
Car (VW Jetta 2012) between California and South Carolina was damaged at some point. Both the hood and underneath, and the hood arrived newly painted. A poor paint job at that. Because my father had not seen the car before, he did not think too much about this new paint job.
It was not until it started raining that he got a sense something was wrong. The wipers did not work, so took a detailed looked under the hood. Plenty of damage.
I can not stress enough, please do not use this company. Considering getting a private investigator as well.
