I was having my sons truck delivered to his new duty station in Michigan, I was concerned that when the truck got delivered he might be out on duty unexpectedly so I asked the dispatch what would happen in that case. I was told by Jim that if that happened they had a storage that we could put it at for up to 4 days no charge so that's why I went with this carrier. When my son didn't think he would be able to get there on time I call the truckers delivering the truck and they had no idea what I was talking about. Well he was able to pick it up so I never had to find out if they really had storage and the drivers really worked with my son on a meeting place to pick it up so overall great experiance
