Unauthorized cc charges and Breach of contract.

Still looking for a resolution to the unauthorized charges to my cc. They breached contract, Not to mention the hold time, if they answer the phone, to getting any issues resolved is ridiculous. Cisco is a liar, Frank is RUDE!!! and all of them are running a racket, trying to extort money from their customers one vehicle had deposit or is in transit.
Last I spoke with Cisco, he made threats, talked over me, interrupted, yelled "Ill jet all reviews disputed and they will go to the bottom", and just hung up. I was just looking for a resolution in a diplomatic manner something that they agreed to, which was a refund.
And this has not been resolved Just pushed aside with hopes ill just go away.
I have reviews on BBB. Carmovers.com, And a few other places.
Next step is civil I guess.
