They are a broker who cannot guarantee a price. I booked with Ryan at quote of $800 and he said he had a company who could pick up on Friday or Monday. Then Frank called saying a company could pick it up for $950 on Friday. I called Ryan back about the price and he sent me back to Frank. I clearly told Frank I was only paying the price on the contract. Frank said he would call the driver to see if they could honor the rate. My vehicle was picked up on Saturday. My card was charged the $100 the day before the car was actually picked up. The driver called the day before delivery to say I had to pay $750 at delivery. I called Frank to ask about the additional $50. He swore that they had only charged me $75 deposit not $100. Even if they only charged me $75 that still brought the total to $825. After researching the charge, he found out that they had charged me $100. They credited me $25. He still was insisting that $825 total is what I had to pay. I explained to him that I clearly stated to him previously that I was only pay the price quoted and he never discussed any additional cost with me. Then, Frank realized that he did recall that conversation and he didn't discuss any additional cost with me. There was a lot of back and forth between the two of us. Eventually, he said he would discuss it with his boss to credit me an additional $25 and if he couldn't that he would pay it to me out of his pocket. I left a message for him to call me on Friday because he had left for the day. Monday after 2pm, I called him again. I asked if he had spoke to his boss about the additional credit. He said they had given me the credit, which was not true. I said I never received another $25 credit. Then he became combative. I told him the driver delivered my car almost 2 miles from the delivery address which is a whole another story. I actually had to uber to pick up my car...$7. The unfortunate part is that a simple phone call could have made this a positive experience. However, my point is...don't expect to get quality service or expect them to honor the contract. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

To make matters worst, I spoke to George who is either a supervisor or manager who tries to tell me they gave me a discount because they technically charge $150 deposit. I said no one mentioned a discount to me when receiving the quote initially, so don't say you did me a favor when $150 deposit was never discussed with me. Now, George wants to recoup something from the driver. I am awaiting the verdict. Will I receive the $25 refund? Probably not. Use this company at your own RISK!!!
