I shipped my 00 infiniti QX4 from NY to FL this week. I received an email from chris on Saturday which was on 9/29/12. The original quote I received from chris was for $795. I was skeptical at first because the rate I received from Xpress Transport was approx $75-100 cheaper then about 5 other companies which had also quoted me. So when I spoke to chris and asked him how come it was soo cheap he had stated because it was a popular route and he already had a driver he knows that can pick up my car. I had said "yea yea, thats what they all say". He said Jesse I can promise you that I will pick up your vehicle in NY no later then Monday. I said well if thats the case can you please send me an email stating you will pick the vehicle up by Monday or within a three day period of Monday, AND if not you will refund the deposit of $150 dollars. So he made a promise to me and I took his word for it. Well then ironically right after that I received another quote from a company who had told me they would also pick it up for $750 total, and I called chris and said listen this other company called Duo Fast Transport just promised me they can get it on monday also and are willing to give me the drivers info so they could assure me they were not lying. When I called chris and told him this, he said Jesse I already went ahead and got you on the truck, but since this other company already said they could do it for 50 dollars cheaper I will even go ahead and pay the trucking company (RAF trucking) the $50 extra dollars off your COD payment so you can feel like I honored my promise to you AND GAVE U THE SAME price. I was very impressed by this and said ok, I am absolutely going to stick with you on this move and appreciate everything you've done. Chris was a man of his word. They picked up my car in NY on monday 10/1 AND today I received it in perfect condtion two days later 10/3 for $750 total. Thank you chris it was real nice doing business with you. Sorry if i gave you a hard time at first. You absolutely came through for me and made this a pleasureable experience for me. This is an honest customer review, and I hope this helps anyone doubting Xpress Vehicle Transport in terms of being an awesome Transport broker. I hope this review alone helps bring you much future business. Since you took the time to help me ship my car, I wanted to make sure I took the time to write an awesome review about you and your company. !!! THANK YOU!!!
