no response, no pickup

I was very skeptical about using any transport truck. I sent in a quote request online and Chris was the first to respond. I eventually spoke to Chris and decided to use his service. I had to change my pickup date and tried calling Chris, but it went straight to voice mail every time I've tried calling and I've tried calling shortly after Christmas. I then sent an email and did not hear back for about a week. Chris said he'd been very sick, but I can email him. He said there was no problem changing the dates, making it two days earlier. Well, those dates came and went (Jan 15th, 16th). Chris only told me he would try and find a truck, but nothing. I then asked to change my address for the original pickup dates since he could not make it earlier. Chris said, "No Problem." Well, the Wednesday before the original pickup date (Jan 16th) was the last time I've heard back from Chris. I tried to confirm and ask about picking up my vehicle. Absolutely no response. I've been sending emails to Chris since Jan 16th without a response. I explained I needed my truck, but of course he doesn't care since he took my $150 deposit already. It's been a week and I have not heard from Chris. I try calling, but again, it goes straight to voice mail where the mailbox is full and I cannot leave a message. It's probably full from other customers wanting an explanation why their vehicles aren't picked up! Absolutely pathetic! DO NO USE THEM! CHRIS IS A LIAR!!!!!!!!!!
