This was a very disappointing experience. We contracted with them to move our car from CA to LA. They were supposed to pick it up before we had to fly out. They didn't. They had a few more days on the contract to complete the order. They never did and they never called. I had to leave the car in NH for the winter and make arrangements to store it. Now we're fighting to get our deposit back. Very disappointing.
