This is the first time I've shipped a vehicle anywhere. For better or worse, I ended up on some list that resulted in me being contacted by multiple brokers from all over the country. I thought I was going to choose one located in Florida but they had no customer service available (all calls when to voicemail) for several days over New Years weekend. So, I continued searching for the right broker.

I then found Yellow Brick and was lucky enough to speak with Terry. I found Terry to be very knowledgeable and not like the typical "salespeople" I was previously dealing with. Terry explained the whole process to me in a way nobody else had. I also felt like she was trying to negotiate "for me" with the drivers - instead of just trying to close a deal like everyone else I had spoken to. I created a reasonable expectation for when my car would arrive - and it actually arrived 2-days earlier than my estimate and in perfect condition! So, I'm very happy with the service I received and I will use Yellow Brick again.
