My poor father, 80 years old, got stranded in Winchester VA on a drive from Charlotte, NC to Northern Jersey.
The car broke down and he was towed to Pep Boys where they misdiagnosed the problem the ordered the incorrect part. I called Hoe Perez to have my dad car towed to NC. How was reliable and communicated every detail clearly. He made the difference in an already bad situation. He kept us informed of every step without us calling home to get information. I’m grateful for his professionalism and patience. Thank you, Joe!
