We are very sorry on behalf of the driver for being late one day on this transport. In auto shipping , we are obligated to give each transport and driver a grace period of at least 24 hours due to the laws that limit how much they can drive. When they get stuck in traffic sometimes they run out of hours for the day and legally have to shut the truck down for the night and start back up the next morning. We try our best to get cars picked up and delivered EXACTLY when requested but once again in auto shipping with 10 cars and 10 different clients it is hard to control each client and we can only hope they are at the location on time when the truck gets there which mean when one client is a hour late and the truck has to wait for him/her the whole load is behind schedule as we try not to leave without picking up the car due to things that pop up last minute in people's lives . Once again we are very sorry on behalf of the carrier and we will continue to do our best to try to make sure each and every transport goes as smooth as we possibly can make it !
