I originally contacted Yellow Brick Transport on a Tuesday. They had talked to my sister-in-law (shipper of vehicle) a day before. Mike was very helpful with planning the transportation. He even called the shipper to pin down a suitable location for pick up in Florida. Within about 1/2 hour total time Mike had located a spot for my car on a covered transport vehicle. The car was picked up in Florida on time Wednesday. Friday evening I received a call from the driver notifying me that the car would be delivered about 7AM Saturday morning. The car was delivered in great condition and treated with care as it was unloaded. The driver even managed to start a finicky old British car for me and delivered it to the driveway. I could not be more pleased with the quality of customer service provided by Yellow Brick Transport.
