Philip helped walk me through an unfamiliar and somewhat convoluted process that didn't seem at all intuitive when I started. Even though I only needed a short ride for my new car, he took the time to patiently explain how the car shipping process works, and to ensure I understood what I was being charged and why. Even though the final price was a bit more than the estimate, I came to understand why, which was very helpful. He introduced me to a highly competent and equally helpful driver, who made the last step of the process as easy as Philip had made the rest. If I ever have to ship a car again, I know who to call.
