Hello Mr Grant,
So sorry about your experience on your recent transport. As a broker here at yellow brick, we try to connect the client and the carrier so that communication issues do not occur. However, in your situation the car was picked up on a Saturday in Texas instead of Friday, and was delivered to California by Wednesday. When it comes to turn around time on auto transports, the carrier should have informed you when he picked up the car that it would be delivered within 3-4 days, which it did. Since we are not on site upon pick and drop off, we ask all the carriers to stay in consist communication with you until the vehicle is delivered. Once again, we are sorry and have spoken to this carrier about communicating better with the client. Also, all of our agents in all of our location at Yellow Brick have a direct line in which any client should be able to reach them at 24-7, so next time feel free to contact our agents as many times as you need to in order to get the answers you need. I assure you that every agent at yellow brick transport will answer your call no matter what day it is, and if they miss it then they will most definitely call you back. I am happy your car got delivered safely from TX to CA within 4 days and I do apologize if the carrier did not communicate with you properly, as brokers here at yellow brick transport, we can only do so much when it comes to communication between carriers and clients. Any time a client has an issue, we urge you to call our agents direct number and/or our 1-800 number and someone will always be available to assist you 24-7. We pride in customer service and once again I apologize about the communicate but am very trilled to see that your car was delivered on time and more importantly it was delivered SAFELY and at an AFFORDABLE price!! If you ever need to transport again, contact us and ask for a sales manager and we will give you a discount for the communication issue on behalf of the carrier because we do appreciate all of our clients!!
