Thank you, Mr Alahmad, for getting in touch with us about your recent booking with Yellowfin. According to our records, you made a booking on the 27th of August requesting a pick up for the very next day. Your Yellowfin Advisor, Frank, assessed your route and informed you that he would not be able to guarantee a Friday pick up, but would do his utmost to try. He also informed you that due to the fact that Auction Houses generally close for the weekend, a Monday pick up would be most likely. As projected, we were unfortunately unable to secure a spot for you for Friday. However, we received a counter offer from a Carrier on Monday requesting a higher rate to transport your vehicle. Frank called you to inform you of this offer but assured you that you were under no obligation to accept it. You declined the offer and selected to cancel your order with us. We sincerely regret any frustration you experienced during this process. The Auto Shipping Industry does rest on the continuous negotiation between Brokers and Carriers on behalf of our customers, which can require a bit more time than 24 hour notice depending on the requested route. Your Yellowfin Advisor diligently informed you of this prior to booking.
