I was extraordinarily pleased with my experience with Yellowfin Logistics and in particular, Noelle Miller. If you have entered into the abyss of soliciting car transportation quotes, you will quickly learn that the best logistics company knows that market and has established relationships with transportation carriers. In determining which agent to use, I demand someone who is honest about what was in their control and willing to communicate openly throughout the process. I found Noelle Miller of Yellowfin to be exactly that - honest, open, proactive, experienced and willing to stay involved as much as I needed her to. She was always in the know about my shipment. Noelle won my business because she was honest from the start, spent time understanding my needs (time versus cost), patient with my decision process, and backed everything up with proactive, open communications so that I was always in the know about what to do and what to expect during the shipment. The result was no surprises, no mishaps, and a very clean transfer of my vehicle from ATL to Denver. Definitely recommend Noelle of Yellowfin and will use her again.
