This review presents the chronology of events inaccurately. An offer for $75 over the market rate was indeed presented to you for consideration - however, this was PRIOR to your vehicle being “picked up”. Vehicles are only ever ‘picked up’ once they have officially been dispatched to a Transporter. In order for a vehicle to be dispatched to a Transporter, the customer must FIRST approve the offer they receive from this Transporter. It is important to reiterate, therefore, that your PRIOR approval of the bid resulted in your vehicle being assigned to this Transporter at the price on offer. Had you declined the offer, your Yellowfin Advisor would simply have continued looking for a Transporter that was more suitable to you. Yellowfin customers are free to decline any offer that does not suit their budget or schedule requirements. A Carrier whose rates are above the Current Market Rate are working at a non-standard rate - however, neither the Broker nor the Carrier ‘demand’ that a client accepts these rates. All action taken on behalf of a customer must first receive the direct approval of the customer. We would kindly ask, therefore, that you remove this review or amend it to truthfully depict the reality of events.
