According our records, your Yellowfin Advisor had already quoted and booked you when you informed her that your vehicle was non-operational. When advised that this would require a more expensive Carrier service due to the specialized equipment required, you became agitated. In order to accommodate you, she promised to attempt to find a Specialized Carrier at the original price quoted for a Standard Carrier. This occurred on January 21st. We received notification of this misinformed review the very next day. We have, since, ceased any further work on your order.
