Worst communication ever

If you're transporting a vehicle for the first time, DO NOT use Yellowfin Logistics. Their communication throughout the entire process was absolutely horrible. When I contracted with them on Wednesday, Chuck from Yellowfin indicated the vehicle I purchased from a private party in Palm Springs would be picked up the following Monday and would call me the following morning to confirm. Chuck did not call me the following morning so I called him. After being put on hold, I was told the vehicle was being picked up in an hour, that day, Thursday. Zero call from Chuck, Yellowfin, or the carrier. As a result, the people I bought the car from weren't even in Palm at the time and had to change their plans and rush home. From there, the experience got worse and nothing ever occurred as promised by Chuck, and always resulting in me having to initiate a form of communication to determine the new and changing story. Save yourself days of stress and frustration and find a company that is more informative, reliable and professional than Yellowfin Logistics
