Stop! Do use this company. Never picked up the card. Never refunded the deposit. Broken promises with every phone call. 20 minute holds followed by dropped calls. Once told me the car had been dispatched when the car was not picked up. No follow up calls. Bid the lowest price - I wonder if they they keep their costs down by not actually transporting anything. Run away and find another shipper. I've almost given up on trying to get a refund for the deposit (it's been over 4 weeks and 12 phone calls)
