Mario was helpful, strait forward and lined up a transport quickly. Had a non-operating vehicle moved in enclosed transport from Texas to Northern Cal. His pricing was very fair and from pickup to delivery was less than a week. No issues. If you are transporting a car for the first time, the world of auto transport is like the wild west; very competitive and can become a nightmare engaging the wrong company. Also...consumers should have realistic expectations. Most transport trucks are huge, have many vehicles aboard, and each drop off has its own challenges for the driver. Sometimes delivery needs to happen late at night. Be prepared to have some flexibility. Z-Best has earned my trust and would use them again.
