A Truely Pleasant, Honest and Excellent Service!!

Having purchased an SUV, I was faced with the prosect of arranging a transporter to deliver my vehicle to me. I thought that this would be a very easy task by viewing some quotes, doing some research on the transport broker companies providing the quotes and picking one and just sitting back for delivery of my SUV. How wrong could I have been!

After having recieved several quotes and having spoken to several brokers I decided to go with one who had promised that my suv would be moved very quickly. I sat back and didnt think anything more of it as I assumed all would be taken care of. After over a week of waiting I contacted the broker and was told every few days that no transporters were coming out of the area where my SUV was or that if they were, they were not coming out towards my drop off destination. This occured for over another week. After 3 weeks of waiting, I decided that the broker was not probably going to deliver so we parted company. At this point my view on the transportation of my SUV was that it could take forever to get to me and so I contemplated on whether I may even have to take a week off work to go and arrange driving it 3000 miles back to my home. This was until I came across Z-Best transport of Nevada.

I decided to take one more shot at contacting a transporter and sent an email request for a quote late one evening to Z-Best transport of Nevada after having done some research and read reviews. To my surprise I received a quote instantly via email from Mario ansering my questions. On his email he mentioned that the car could be collected instantly. I decided to call Mario to ask him some more questions and was honest with him from the outset on what experience I had just had with another transporter and asked if he still felt that my SUV could be moved quickly. He assured me that he would not waste my time or his and only provide fact. Mario told me that he could arrange a transporter within a few days. Although I decided to take Mario up on his offer, i must confess that in the back of my mind i thought that I would still be waiting alot longer for any action.

Before I knew it and within 48 hours, when I least expected it, Mario contacted me and told me he had arranged for my vehicle to be picked up. I was shocked to say the least and couldn't believe he had done this so quickly, while previously I had been waiting 3 weeks for any kind of good news. No money was collected at this point and Mario informed me that money should only be handed once I had had delivery of the SUV.

From there on Mario kept to his word and the vehicle was collected as informed and I was always kept informed instantly on progress. If I had any questions, Mario was very quick to provide a response.

From pick up to delivery the service was EXCELLENT!. My SUV was delivered to me and I was met by Jim who was very pleasant and took extra care in offloading the SUV which turned up with no damage or problems whatsoever.

All in all the service provided by Mario at Z-Best transport of Nevada is as the name suggest the BEST. My experience of the transport/broker process was stressful however after having contacted Mario everything seemed like a wonderful experience.

For those in my position looking for a reliable, efficient and HONEST transporter, i HIGHLY recommend Z-Best transport of Nevada. Mario will be the only person you need to speak to and leave it to him to do his magic.

A definate A+ from me picky customer. I am looking to purchase another vehicle and only have Mario's number programmed in my phone when it comes to arranging transport.
