Horrible experience, do not trust them with your vehicle

This company was contracted though a transport broker to transport my car across the country. On the day they were supposed to pick my vehicle up they did not show and did not contact me despite multiple attempts on my part to contact them and several voicemails. They picked up my vehicle the next day with 20 min notice as to when the transporter would be there. I was told by the driver that he had been in my city on the scheduled day but that the dispatch had just not contacted him. When my car arrived there were multiple scratches along the length of my car, including damage that was clearly from straps they attached to my vehicle. I attempted to contact them upon receiving my vehicle and no one answered. I submitted the proper documentation and no one contacted me back. When I was finally able to get ahold of them regarding the damage to my car, they would not let me speak to anyone higher up nor would they let me speak to their claims department. They just kept telling me that the damage to my car was "caused by an act of God". I would never use this company again and would certainly not recommend them to anyone. They are a very unprofessional business.
