I have shipped more than a few cars over the last 25+ years. Most have been classic autos. This is the first time I have ever shipped a damaged vehicle to be used for parts so I was shopping for the best price so had put the job out for “bid”.
To my surprise not only did Craig offer the best price, but also the service was first rate! Communication was excellent. The only time he didn’t answer the phone when I called, he returned my call in less than 5 minutes! Emails were more like “live chat” they were answered so quickly.
His driver was in contact every step of the way keeping me updated as we had some unexpected March snowstorms that may have had an effect on delivery. The car arrived 2 days ahead of our original target date!
Bottom line: Next time I need to ship a vehicle I will only be making one call.
Wish I had found this company years ago. Stop looking, you found the best!
