I want to apologize to Janet for not being able to provide the level of service I have given hundreds of my clients. Which is no up front fees until I can guarantee dates and rates. The carrier I hired has outstanding reviews like myself so I hired him. Long story short the carrier dropped the ball because the previous p/u before Janet was delayed causing a domino affect that was out of my control. To make matters worst Janet had to pay a neighbor $75 buck to hold the keys because she had a flight to catch. I will reimburse you the $75 myself but please understand I can't control traffic nor weather and I do appreciate your business. Janet I am truly sorry for any inconvenience (US Empire LLC) may have caused by not picking up your car per our contracted agreement
