I won't make excuses for the carrier I hired ( ZEN AUTO TRANSPORT LLC ) who dropped the ball by not honoring our agreement, to accept a credit card payment on delivery. Further more the carrier without knowledge or consent advise Mr. Rosen they weren't able to provide door to door service because they had a schedule conflict with another shipper. I will never use ZEN AUTO TRANSPORT LLC very again.
Mr Rosen is very unreasonable , eship cancelled order and refunded his money right after we couldn't
service his move . Below is copy of receipt of crediting his account in full $200 . we have called and
spoken to him only to be yelled at and cursed at REFUND RECEIPT >
