Mark was great. He came through for me where another national shipper dropped the ball. I wash I had called 2 weeks earlier. The truck driver was not very compliant, would not deliver to the agreed address (even though he could have easily made it, I had to drive 6 miles and arrange a ride back), but that was not Marks fault.
